A Digital Reporter is a trained officiant who captures the verbatim record of a deposition or other legal proceeding via sate-of-the-art software and high-quality digital audio equipment. Digital Reporters are not shorthand reporters and no stenographic tools or training are required. Qualified participants can complete the Veritext Partner Program in approximately 50 hours over a two-to-five week period (excluding Notary requirements – all digital reporters must be a Notary Public).
