Why Are There Pi and Delta Symbols on an Exhibit Sticker?

While Exhibit stickers are not required to indicate whether it’s a Plaintiff or Defendant exhibit, it’s not uncommon for the Pi symbol (π) to be used to symbolize “Plaintiff.” And the Delta symbol (∆) to symbolize “Defendant”.
